I continue to work out ideas for ways to express the complexity of personality, multiple personalities, alter egos, duets, shadow selves, and schitzophrenia. This stream of thought brought me to my most recent work which is of a figure with her dog. I was thinking about how people’s pick pets that look like their selves, ( I have pugs).
Have to take a break from painting to clean after christmas messes, the tree is gone so that is a start. Need to finish up a valentine piece for the Folk Tree’s annual Hearts and Flowers show, I usually make hearts but this year its a figure.
We bought the whole series of The Sopranos for Christmas, I had never seen any of it, but I am hooked now!
