Barbie as Gendered Object I so wish I could see the exhibit in person but there are no road trips on the horizon for me for a while. I will have a few pieces in the show, you may remember I made many pieces during Barbie Redux. The curator, Virginia Walsh was very pleasant to work with.

The lovely Petunia will be one of the pieces on view.

Petunia sold over the weekend, I’m listing some of the altered Barbies from last years “Barbie Redux” and some of the ones featured in ADQ for sale on etsy, in case there is interest in owning one. My etsy link is in the index.

Those who come here to see the dolls will remember Barbie Redux from last year and the about fifty Barbies I altered. Some of the Barbies are featured in the Spring Issue of ADQ.

These photos aren’t so great as I can’t take them outside to photograph because of rain rain rain.
